New and sealed but NOT y-wrapped
Plastic overwrap has two noticeable tears, top and bottom, as shown
I don't know the history of this game as I purchased it at auction from a gaming store in Slidell, LA, that had gone out of business
(This explains why it has old price sticker residue on its front plastic, too)
The game appears new, the overwrap looks shiny, but again, there is no security seal and no y-wrap, and for this reason its price is less than one that might have all those attributes and also why I'm throwing in free shipping
